I always use Rachel’s Colour-2-clay underglazes on my pottery as I find them easy to use and the colours stay true after firing. The results are always very pleasing.
" Rachel is fantastic at what she does. After only two day One to One training with her, I was confident enough to continue set up my Paint Your Own Pottery studio. She shared her experience and knowledge and custom tailor all essential requirements for my business. Thank you Rachel.”
I’m from Northern Ireland and I traveled over to train with Rachel. She is absolutely a brilliant teacher. If I need help she is only a text or phone call away. The only downside is I don’t live near her 😭can’t recommend her enough.
Rachel held a fantastic afternoon for the young people at Star bereavement service at Crofton Young Person centre in August, the young people really enjoyed creating their pottery and spending time with the staff at Star. They look forward to receiving their pottery in due course.
A group of deaf and deafblind young people from the DEX Deaf Youth Council were keen to learn how to make pottery: their experience with was beyond all expectations as they all produced some lovely pots and painted items as a great memory of a lovely day spent in your studio.
Rachel, with the British Sign Language Interpreter we booked, did a sterling job producing the mini works of art; the deaf young members especially enjoyed the splatter painting to finish off their pots. The NHS funded this event as part of our Live Well project.
